Sales Campelo is a real-estate development and brokerage operation based in Pernambuco, Brazil. Instead of separating the builder from the seller, we join both ends: the development arm that creates the projects and the brokerage that guides every client — with the same accountability from first contact to key handover.
Development
Development of our own projects: land studies, architecture and landscape design with specialist partners, permits and registry work, product and launch strategy, construction and delivery. Alpes da Serra Reserve, in Garanhuns, is the anchor project — with future lot phases and a residential project under study.
Brokerage
The commercial operation: property sourcing and curation, relationships and showings, written offers, reservations, sale and post-sale. We are the exclusive sales house for our own developments and keep a curated third-party portfolio in Recife — always with a dedicated specialist per client.
